Ramsar is a popular sea resort for Iranian tourists by offering hot springs and the green forests of the Alborz Mountains beside sunshine in the seashore.
Javaher Deh village located twenty seven km south of Ramsar and 2700 m above sea level in the Alborz mountains which is an important tourist attraction in the area.
Northern Iran is separated by the Alborz Mountains. Therefore, on the way driving to Ramsar from Teheran, one drives up the mountains until he or she arrives at a tunnel. On passing through this tunnel and coming out the other side, the environment is very different; with more humid weather and green views due to moisture from the Caspian Sea.
