 Internet Access: Many hotels offer internet, more than that; there are lots of internet cafes everywhere.

 Left Luggage: Most hotels are happy to hold your luggage at no coast. Alternatively, there are reasonably priced left-luggage offices at Mehrabad and Imam Airports.

Media: English-language newspapers are available from newsstands o major thoroughfares across Tehran like Tehran Times.

Medical Services: The quality of care in Tehran's hospital is reasonably high by international standards. Many doctors are internationally famous. The following are accessible, clean and reputable.

Money Exchange: Official money changing shops are available with good rates and reliable staffs. There are many of them on Ferdosi St.

Do not use black-market money changer who are on your way to official exchange offices.

Telephone: Chargeable SIM cards are very usual and accessible. You can trust Irancell and Hamrahe Aval. Apply to buy one from coffee nets with low price. First you should register, then charge and use it.

Visa Extension: It's highly recommended not to extend your visa in Tehran, and let it be done in other main cities; all because of political issues of the capital.
